Where do you ship? We ship anywhere in the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, barring any unforeseen weather conditions.

How are the items packed? We carefully pack each item to ensure it is delivered safely to your doorstep.

What is your return policy? We accept returns on certain unopened products. Due to Covid standards, we no longer accept returns on smoking products that require burning goods or consumption of the products. We take extra caution in packing all items before shipping and insure them for safe delivery.

How long do I have to return an item? Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Some items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and you will be notified about these fees during the claim request.

Who are we? Lilo and Cuz Company LLC started in February 2023 as a smoking and fashion store. We have since separated into two amazing online stores: Lilo and Cuz Company for smoking accessories and more, and Common World Apparel for fashion and beauty accessories. We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar store, but we are working on it. Your support helps us achieve this mission.
